I use triple monitors by setting the window size to 10320x1440 with Simple Runtime Window Editor (this causes plenty of crashes by the way). They have the same vertical resolution, and I can make this work in just about every game I play, except for BeamNG without having to constantly resize just to use the menu.
I'm loving BeamNG but I have a bit of a weird triple monitor setup: a 34 inch flanked by two 27s.
